This work by artist Katherine Alexander is a one of a kind large goose Pysanky egg created in the traditional folk method with wax and and dye. Adding to it's elegance, this work was acid etched to create raised outlines for an embossed look. It has been drained and finished with a UV protective varnish but should be displayed out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. A clear lucite stand is included. Pysanky is breakable and should have a location chosen with care to prevent falls.

This handmade pysanka can last decades with simple proper care. Always store and display out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Avoid water and dropping.
